Cottonwood, Verde Valley

Stayed for three weeks at Verde Valley RV Park near Cottonwood, AZ, just a few miles South of Sedona, one of our favorite spots in Arizona. While there we rode the Verde Canyon Railroad, visited the historic mining town of Jerome, spent time wandering the ruins of a 1000+ yr old village at Tuzigoot National Monument, wondered at the equally ancient cliff dwellings at Montezuma Castle National Monument spent time in Sedona too, and made day trips to Flagstaff and Prescott.
